• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and checkout.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Submit content and target URLs that comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from submitting content that is plagiarized, illegal, hateful, or promotes adult, gambling, or restricted niches unless explicitly permitted by a specific publisher.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the marketplace.
• Attempt to bypass our platform and contact publishers directly using data obtained from our inventory.
• Submit malicious links, malware, or phishing URLs for publication.
• Use the Service in violation of publisher guidelines or applicable SEO regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, logos, text, graphics, and interface designs, are the property of SCALinks and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Fees, Refunds, and Indexing

Guest posting services require upfront payment. By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Because guest posts involve permanent placements and publisher coordination, all completed orders are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued if a post is deleted by the publisher prematurely, fails to meet our quality standards, or fails to index within our guaranteed timeframe, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCALinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of rankings or traffic penalties) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
